We have experience working with groups up to 250 people.

The chefs are a part of the winning team at the Grand Cochon Denver (2017), national runner up at Grand Cochon, (2017) and "Best Brisket" at the annual Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. With the capabilities and equipment for open-fire roasts, house-smoked meats, and china box roasts, there is no shortage of flavor at a Field 2 Fork barbecue.

With years of experience hosting weddings, our chefs are experts at designing menus that let your taste shine through on your big day. We make everything from scratch, use local ingredients whenever possible and all our protein is sustainably raised and sourced. Our custom menus are unique and seasonal, truly showcasing what the area has to offer.

There is no better way to experience a great meal, than on the farm where the ingredients were harvested. We work with our network of local farmers to set up private dinners featuring custom menus based on seasonal availability. You can't find a meal this satisfying anywhere else.

Chef Mark offers one-on-one or group cooking classes that fun and unforgettable. His passion and love for cooking and healthy foods is infectious. He'll cover in-depth techniques, unique ingredients and you'll create a delicious final dish. Classes are tailored to your abilities and can be held in your kitchen or the F2F kitchen in Basalt.
