The dessert menu was spectacular and all Mark! He not only helped me develop a menu but arranged a DJ, bartender and brought a team of people to work the wedding that were professional, attentive and observant. The night was perfect...except for the rainstorm that moved in before dinner. Mark and his team quickly went into action and rearranged the buffet before I even had time to think there was a problem. Mark is calm and competent, and in the middle of wedding chaos that is reassuring and comforting.
